Hailing from Wollongong, NSW, The Vandastruts are a 4 piece rock band, made up of twins Kane and Tye Hines and their best mates Kayne Micallef and Will Canilles. To their core, this band is a love letter to the golden ages of rock - drenched in the sweat of the '60s, swagger of the '70s, and the grit of the '80s.
Since forming in 2020, the boys have been ripping and tearing on and off the stage. Within their first year, they had already released two debut singles and their first EP - even recording a track with Noiseworks member Steve Balbi.
The word spread fast, and they've since shared stages with iconic Australian bands Kingswood, Mi sex, Ray Beadle, Little Birdy, The Southern River Band and Thirsty Merc, to name a few.
Their high energy chemistry, electrifying guitar solos, epic drum breakdowns and powerhouse vocals are capturing fans old and new with every stage they step on. The Vandastruts aren’t just keeping rock alive - they’re making it sweat again.
